seeking a motivated and talented Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

with 2 to 5 years of experience to contribute to our quality assurance efforts.

As a SDET, you will work closely with our development and QA teams,

participating in the design and execution of test plans, and actively

Job Title: Software Development Engineer

in Test (SDET)

Year of experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

● Test Automation:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.

Contribute to the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.

Collaborate with senior SDETs to enhance and optimize existing automation processes.

● Testing Execution:

Execute automated and manual tests to ensure the quality of software releases.

Assist in the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of software defects.

Work closely with development teams to ensure testability of code and early defect detection.

● Test Planning and Documentation:

Contribute to the development of test plans based on project requirements.

Document test cases, test scenarios, and test results.

Participate in the creation and maintenance of testing documentation.

● Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA teams.

Communicate testing progress, issues, and resolutions in a clear and timely manner.

Actively participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights.

●Learning and Growth:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing.

Seek opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.

Proactively engage in knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

Qualifications:

●Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

●2 to 5 years of experience as an SDET or in a similar role with a focus on test automation.

●Proficiency in Java programming language

●2 years of experience in test automation tool like selenium

●Understanding of basic CI/CD concepts and experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins

●Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

●Knowledge of software development methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices.

●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
