Analyst - Order to Cash

In this role you will...
Processes transactions and contracts accurately and timely, under the direct supervision of more senior resources
Prepare invoices in line with global compliances and liaise with consultants were needed
Invoice out to our customers through email or upload on customer portals
Keep track of accounts receivables and follow up with customers
Support Continuous Improvement of the functions and suggest realistic ideas for efficiency gains
Ensure all transaction processing is completed accurately and within time
Proactively escalate issues that require intervention/clarification
Keep customer documentation up to date and relevant
Consideration of privacy and security obligation
Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
Minimal a bachelor’s degree related to accounting/finance or related experience
6+ years of experience in billing & Collections and experience with other related accounting processes (e.g., General Ledger, Bank & Balance Sheet Reconciliations)
Good knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping concepts and internal controls
Proficient in MS office particularly Excel, Outlook & Word
Proficient in English
Good experience with a renowned international ERP system (e.g. Oracle, SAP, NetSuite)
Must be comfortable working in a global company across multiple time zones
