Cornerstone onDemand Learning & Development Manager in Pune, India

We are seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager who

will be instrumental in fostering the development and growth of our employees,

with a special focus on our India team. This role requires a passion for people

development and a deep commitment to creating a culture of continuous learning

and agility within the organization.

As the L&D Manager, you will be at the heart of shaping and

executing strategies that nurture talent and empower our workforce. Partnering

with senior leadership, the People Team, and regional stakeholders, your

mission will be to curate and deliver innovative learning experiences that

develop the skills and capabilities our employees need to excel in their roles.

This position is pivotal in ensuring that our talent management practices align

with organizational goals and values, and that they are effectively implemented

throughout the region.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent

Management and Development, you will act as a bridge foster alignment and drive

initiatives that support both global and regional needs. Your exceptional

communication skills will enable you to curate and facilitate a broad range of

learning experiences, from instructor-led training to digital learning content.

In this role you will...

  • Consult on regional and global training needs

  • Conduct ongoing skill and gap analysis and validate through data analysis in partnership with subject matter experts and leadership

  • Manage the training and development needs of the region

  • Facilitate instructor led training and design digital learning content

  • Curate content and programs that can be consumed globally and by a hybrid employee population

  • Support and drive Cornerstone’s talent management practices – Development Conversations, Cultural Initiatives, Onboarding

  • Have consideration for privacy and security obligations

You’ve got what it takes ifyou.. .

  • 5+ years Learning & Development, Talent Management or Coaching/Mentoring experience.

  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

  • Are an excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members.

  • Are able to adapt and learn quickly .

  • Have creative problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

  • Direct experience and strong proficiency in creating written and digital learning materials.

  • Are proficient in using the MS Office Suite.
