This role reports to the Sr. Manager, People Analytics and

will work on the People Analytics team that focuses on providing innovative,

connected people experiences and deliver rich insights covering the full

employee life cycle. You will work closely with all members of our global

People team, Business Analytics team, and alongside many members of the

extended global Cornerstone family.

In this role you will...

  • Drivethe foundational and comprehensive development of Cornerstone’s People analyticsprograms.

  • Generate meaningful information from varied and complex datasets.

  • Apply an analytical mindset to build data driven solutions. Your solutions will help analyze to gain insight, communicate impact, and validate the effectiveness of changes/intervention.

  • Work closely with leaders within the People (HR) organization and beyond as a strategic partner to listen, anticipate and uncover stated or unstated needs.

  • Communicate effectively to tell relevant, practical stories and present data in an intuitive manner.

  • Provide day to day functional reporting & analytics support to our stakeholders including testing and troubleshooting as needed.

You've got what it takes if you have...

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a field of study providing technical and analytic preparation or combination of education and equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years of development experience in creating and managing interactive Tableau dashboards and reports aimed at visualizing data to support informed decision-making.

  • Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support Tableau dashboard development.

  • Create dimensions, measures, and calculations within Tableau to enhance data visualization and analysis capabilities.

  • Optimize Tableau reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring smooth user experiences.

  • Stay updated on Tableau best practices and industry trends to continuously improve data visualization techniques.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, adept in utilizing advanced functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, PIVOT TABLE etc.

  • Utilize MS Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting as needed.

  • Design insightful, user-friendly reports and dashboards.

  • Advanced knowledge and ability of end-to-end ownership of the report development lifecycle, with a demonstrated history of ownership.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly through instruction and self-training.

  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

  • A learning mindset – continued curiosity to learn new systems and technical skills to support personal goals and development.

  • Demonstrated ability to keep confidences and act with integrity to uphold high standards with regards to data and personnel matters .

  • Obsessive attention to detail and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.

  • Possesses strong interpersonal and intercultural skills acting as the consummate team player

  • Self-starter, the ability to work with minimum direction and in a fast-paced environment.

Extra dose of Awesomeness....

  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics - implementing, managing and integrating data analytics and visualization tools and programs for HR.

  • Proficiency with statistical tools and/or languages such as R, Python, or SPSS.

  • An excitement for pioneering and owning new programs.
